I want to create a backup over a local network, but I want to install the backup program on the target computer. That is, the FBackup program will run on computer A and save the backup there, but it will retrieve the files to be backed up from computer B. However, when I specify the folder on computer B as the source folder, it gives an error, even though file sharing is enabled there. What should I do?
thank you for help

Hi,
Backing up files from network shares is not allowed in FBackup. You need our commercial product "Backup4all" for that.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
